Hi there,
Just an idea that crossed my mind this afternoon talking to a client that has a lot of small sites, some with physical servers only. I was thinking that it would be really nice if there were some method of taking some of the standard services like the WAN accellerator and putting them into Docker containers so that I could lose the dependence on having a Windows server and maybe even be able to do something like provision it as a service on a NAS like a Synology or QNAP.
Example site:
Single local file server, backed up to a local Repository stored on a NAS via the Veeam Agent.
Dockerized WAN Accelerator on the NAS to replicate the data back to a central DC.
