Dual copy to offline media/backup-target

Hello forum,

How does Veeam Availability Suite handle the case, if a dual copy job is pending,
but the offline media/backup target is not yet mounted?

Will the job be executed as soon the media/backup target will be mounted
or will the backup-data be written/cached to local disk?

For Tape Jobs, the wait timeout should be 72 hours.
If you add a tape until the end of this timespan, then the job will automatically run.

Backup Copy Jobs to usb disk or other disk based Repositorys will not wait. They will have an error, that the repo is not available.
At the next interval, the copy job will run, if the target media is connected/available.
