Error Backup Centos7

I'm doing a backup of a Centos7 through Agent because I do not have access to the ESX and I get this error. The root credentials are correct.

Agent management command has failed, exit code 255, error text: Error: Unable to convert string [01/01/0001 00:00:00] with date format [% m /% d /% Y% H:% M:% S] to DateTime.

That sort of problems are supposed to be troubleshooted via support team as it requires seeing the actual logs. Since OP hasn't shared his case ID, I need to ask you to open your own case and post your case ID.
