Hello,
we have a backup job for physical Windows Server. This includes a Veeam Backup Server. In this Server are some LUNs connected as backup target. We want to exclude this LUNs from the Job. How will this be done?
Thanks!

Re: Exclude LUNs from BackupJob
Hi Stefan
You can exclude Volumes from a volume level backup with the Veeam Agent.
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=110
The VBR Server with the excluded disks should be in his own job.
Drive Exclusion will be used for all machines in the backup job.
Thanks
Fabian

Re: Exclude LUNs from BackupJob
thanks, that was one way i thougt of because it doesn't seems to be possible to excludes drives only for a special machine in a job that includes several machines. but i thought maybe there is a more elegant way than splitting the job.

Re: Exclude LUNs from BackupJob
Your welcome.
Yes, unfortunately, you have to use a dedicated job or every machine will use the same exclusion.
