Since we pushed agents out to a couple of physical servers last week, we started getting an email titled "[Error] Manually Added: no new hosts found (0 total, 0 seen)". It's got some notes about two machines that aren't connecting yet, I think because of firewall issues that the network team is working on.
While I appreciate the warning, we're getting four of them, every day at 8:01. Digging around on the forums, it seems like this particular message is unconfiguragble, unblockable unless I want to disable all communication, and fully automated. I'm going to argue that's fairly poor design, but I understand that it's at least on the feature request list for future versions to make it a little more granular.
But I really don't understand why I'm getting 4 copies of what appears to be the same message. Is there a way to get it dialed back to one?

Thanks! As a temporary solution you can disable the manually added protection group (that should stop email report creation). This issue was fixed in latest Veeam B&R 9.5 Update 4, we've also added ability to set custom settings for email reporting in managed by agent and protection groups.
