How to restore when using managed by agent

Hi

I conducted backup the windows server and linux server to file server using Managed by agent.
I would like to restore from restore media, but when I create the Recovery Media on VBR, I got the error message "Cannot find backup file for hostname" as for windows server.

How should I create the recovery media?

Do you already have backups of this machine?
Are the backups on a veeam backup repository?

Thank you for reply.
I have already backup the machine but not stored to backup repository.
Backup data is stored to "Shared folder".

In that case, you have to use the veeam agent on the machine to create the recovery media.
If you want to use the veeam backup & replication console, the backups must be on a veeam backup repository.

If you have configured the backup policy to send the backups to a shared folder, then the agent must be used:
