Imported Backup Files are all offline

Case-Nr.04591528

I imported a Windows Agent Backup into Backup & Replication, but all files are show as not online:

Also tried opening the files with the Windows Agent, but that did not work, also:

Already copied all files to a local hard disk an imported that instead. But that did not work, also.

I got finaly some progress.
I removed the imported backups from B&R and just imported one of the full backup VBK files.
After importing that one I was able to restore the needed files from it.

But it is still strange why the VBM is reporting all the files as offline.

Unfortunately, case does not have VBR logs attached to make it clear.
It might have been something with access to the file share or files themselves(f.e., veeam agent was running a backup and\or doing a merge, locking the chain for VBR server).
Anyhow, <3 machine name!

Everything under C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup from a Veeam Backup & Replication server where agent backups are being imported to.

I see some "file does not exist" errors in the logs, so let's give support engineer a chance to investigate the root cause.
Have patience and wait for support reply, although in free tier it might take a while.
