Install the agent on AWS Windows instance failed

Hi there,
I want to backup the AWS Windows instance, so I created a Protection Group under Physical Infrastructure trying to push the agent to the instance. However, it failed with error msg: Unable to install backup agent: can not connect to x.x.x.x (ip), the network was not found.

However, I can ping the server, and I disabled the win firewall totally and allow all the incoming/outgoing traffic in the AWS console, anything I'm missing?

Btw, the VBR server is under a NAT and it can access Internet, do I need to do static PAT?

Can you open the AWS machine's admin share from the VBR console? If not please make sure that all required ports are opened. Cheers!
