Before => 10 sockets b&r enterprise perpetual, 5 servers agents and 200 workstations agents.
After conversion => 10 sockets b&r enterprise perpetual, 80 instances.
If I look to license tools on veeam website my customer should have had 110 instances licenses after conversion, isn’t it ?
Because instances consumption isn’t the same between b&r ent vs ent+ for the agents ???
Thanks for your feedback.

Re: Instances licenses conversion
If I understand it right, the customer needs to convert their legacy servers and workstations licenses into Enterprise edition instances, in order to be able to merge them into their Enterprise edition socket license. Let's do a [very simple] math!
Using Veeam Instance Licensing conversion table here under 2.1.1
5 x 1.5 = 7.5
200 x 0.5 = 100
Total = 107.5
And with rounding in customer's favor, this makes it 110 Enterprise instances.

Re: Instances licenses conversion
All stand-alone Agents are granted Enterprise Plus edition by default and that in fact will result in 80 Instances.NightBird wrote: ↑Jan 27, 2019 5:17 pm Before => 10 sockets b&r enterprise perpetual, 5 servers agents and 200 workstations agents.

If the customer will merge those Agents with VBR Enterprise (10 sockets), the resulting license key will have 110 Instances and 10 sockets
