Hello,
I have a customer with Dxi and Linux hardened repository.
He used Dxi for all his agent backup job (server managed + agent managed / workstation + servers)
He wants to use the linux hardened instead of the Dxi.
I would like to know what are my possibilities ?
-Copy / Paste from Veeam console
-Seeding backup to USB hard disk
Something more ?

Re: migrate repository
Hello matteu,
1. Disable agent jobs in the question.
2. Move backups to a new repository. You can do that via regular Windows browser or via USB drive - up to you.
3. Change the repository in the job settings and use Map backup option next to it.
4. Enable backup jobs.
Thanks!

Re: migrate repository
I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
I can't use windows browser or USB drive because my backup files are stored on my Dxi now.
I can only access it wih file TAB on veeam console or maybe you can give me an other option that I ignore ?

Re: migrate repository
I tried this :
Create backup job for Server managed by SERVER : I can moove backup data from one folder to an other and use MAP functionnality and it's working.
Create backup job for Server managed by AGENT : When I moove folder to new repository, it doesn't use it (there is no MAP functionnality on edit job) . It create new folder with _1 at the end
EDIT : It works when I follow this : https://www.veeam.com/kb2849

Re: migrate repository
matteu,
Yup, my bad, forgot to mention that for managed by agent we do not have an option in the UI but 'automaping' works correctly - you just need to land backup files to the needed repository and update the job settings with a new repository. Glad you nailed it and thank you for the update!
