Must post support case ID?

Why would I be posting here if I already had a support ID, they would be sorting my issue right?! So is this not actually a 'free' help forum. Help me out here!

If that is the case, anyone know a useful non-greedy support resource for Veeam technical issues?

You can try the community resource hub at https://community.veeam.com or one of many external Veeam communities like on Reddit, Spiceworks, LinkedIn etc.
