Operating System Backup Fail

Hi,
There's a specific desktop backup that is being skipped because "operating system is not supported". I'm quite new to Veeam so I don't know what version of the backup and replication I'm running and the operating system of the desktop is up to date.

Skipping (computer name): operating system is not supported
Nothing to process
Failed to apply backup job configuration at 05/06/2022 21:00:35

What's the operating system in the question and what backup activity you are running (I assume it's agent backup and managed by agent job type)? Thank you!

Also, check what version of backup server and backup agent you are running. Information about backup server build can be found here: menu -> help -> about. Information about agent build can be found here: inventory -> physical Infrastructure -> machine in question -> details. Thanks!

Hi Guys,
The OS in question is Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19044.1706, and yes the backup is managed by the agent. The Veeam Agent version is 5.0.0.4301 as well if that helps

Your OS is up to 21H2 update, whereas Veeam Agent 5.0.0.4301 supports a maximum of 20H2.
You need to update to 5.0.1.4584 at least or, ideally, to latest 5.0.3.
