Yesterday I updated my Veeam Agent for Windows FREE client(s) to v.220.127.116.119. I also updated my Veeam B&R CE version from 10.x (I don't recall which version) to 10.0.1.4854.
Now, however, I get a strange error message on my Veeam Agent for Windows FREE clients:
2020-09-11 08:26:08 :: Error: Product components installed on HOSTNAME have older version (10.0.0.4462) than the current product version (10.0.1.4854) and must be updated.
Any ideas what's going on?

it seems some of the old services were not deleted during the upgrade. Let's wait for the answer from our Support team.
Also, do you face this issue on all the machines with the Agent for Windows installed?

Can you please clarify if these agents are managed by Veeam B&R or standalone? What was updated first: agents or Veeam B&R? I've also asked support team to review the logs in the support case. Cheers!
