Hi,
I tried to create a protection group with AD.
When I try to scan my protection group in inventory, I get the following error for 3 computers / 4 (only one ok - the computer when veeam installed) :
The user used for protection group in the admin for the tests.
16/06/2021 15:33:47 :: Unable to install backup agent: cannot connect to my.domain Error: Échec d’ouverture de session : nom d’utilisateur inconnu ou mot de passe incorrect.
Why ?
Thanks,

Re: Protection Group - Cannot connect
Hi Hacyrak,
It is clearly an account permissions issue.
- make sure account is set with domain\username format(plain name "administrator" by default works with local machine context)
- make sure this account is under local admins on said machines
- hit Test Now button under Credentials page of Protection Group settings. Does it pass the test?
/Thanks!

Re: Protection Group - Cannot connect
Thanks,
My user is a administrator domain and belongs to a group of local admin in the server to save.
Test Now is success for all servers but when I Rescan in Protection Group, I get the same error.

Re: Protection Group - Cannot connect
Strange case. It does seem like an infrastructure-related issue, and it will be hard to tell without support logs investigation.
