I will deploy a solution only based on veeam agent on physical machine.
I have a doubt about deploying proxies
I think agents have the role of datamover so no need to deploy proxies.

Correct. Agents backups don't require a proxy server.
Only if you want to use Storage Integration with Veeam Agents, then a proxy is required:
