Hello everyone,
I am still a beginner in Veeam backup and recovery system. How do I restore a backup when I have a client backed up and a system fails and needs to be restarted? Is there any tutorial for this?

Are you looking for Agent Backups?
If your workstation doesn‘t work anymore and you want to restore the entire machine, you have to use our veeam recovery media.
We have documented the requirements and steps in our helpcenter:

In addition to the mentioned articles I'd recommend this one, as it seems that Bare Metal Recovery is required: Restoring from Veeam Recovery Media
