Server Migration Failed

In previous versions of VB&R I was able to perform a Server Migration and all of my Agent backups would continue on as normal. This time none of them worked. Previously as long as I moved my backups to the repository folder with the new Server Name. Before I start a backup to the new Server. My backups would continue as normal. I may as well not have performed a Server migration because I have now started from scratch. What has changed in VB&R 9.5.4.2866 and VAW 3.0.2.1170? Has anyone been able to successfully perform an Agent migration with these software versions?
