SQL Server Transaction Logs Backup on shared disk

Hi all,
I need some informations.
We are trying to use Windows Agents 2.1.0.423 managed by Backup and Replication console (centralized on Veeam server, not standalone mode) to backup SQL Server 2016 on a Windows 2016 Failover Cluster.
The SQL Server database backup works correctly also if the database files are on "shared disks", I've also tried to restore and I haven't noticed any problems but...the transaction logs backup seems doesn't work.
The transaction logs are placed on the same shared disk where are the database files.
The process runs correctly but 0 KB of transaction logs are backupped
I am sure that the backup JOB configuration (regarding the option for SQL server transaction logs backup) is correct because it is the same configuration used for our Always on.
Please help me.
