Synthetic full backup for linux server

I would like to use Synthetic full backup for linux server.
But when I configure the backup job (Linux server, Managed by agent), I can not find Synthetic full backup option.(only create active full backups periodically).

Can we use Synthetic full backup option in this situation?

In order to use synthetic full backups, you'll need to let the backup server manage the backup job. If you create the job that way, you'll find the Synthetic fulls in the advanced storage settings.
