Veeam agent to StoreOnce

Hi,
I heard about availability to backup physical server directly to StoreOnce since VB&R 10.
Is-it possible ?

Hi Erwan,

You can point backups to any repository managed by Veeam Backup & Replication server including StoreOnce but data will be transferred to destination over Gateway server.

In the version 10, HPE StoreOnce Catalyst Copy support is added and you can create backup copy jobs to mirror backup data from the source repository.

I heard about direct connexion between Veam Agent on physical Server and HPE StoreOnce, nothing new about it ? Maybe in V11 ?

Hi Erwan,

We have no plans to ensure direct communication between Veeam Agent and StoreOnce but you may use any storage supported by Veeam Backup & Replication.
