Veeam creates new folders for same backups

Hello!
I update my Veeam to Update 3. After im update agents on my physical servers, created protection groups and make a Backup Job for this group.
For example - Protection group 1 have couple physical servers (SRV01, SRV02)
After backup veeam create a folders in repository for each server:
Agent Backup - Protection Group 1 - SVR01
Agent Backup - Protection Group 1 - SVR02
Couple days backups still collect in same folders, but sometimes Veeam create a new folder names like Agent Backup - Protection Group 1 - SVR01_1 and collect a new backup here.
After that in Console in Home tab i have Imported Backups.

And also somestimes Veeam make a more folders like Agent Backup - Protection Group 1 - SVR01_2, Agent Backup - Protection Group 1 - SVR01_3...

So, are someone have the same problem?
