Hi
I have a volume backup of Drive D:\ from source server A.
Is it possible to restore that volume on a new disk on server B, which has already a Volume mounted on D:\?
Running the restore volume wizard, the mapping disk table is showing two D:\ volumes (one existing on server B + one that will be restored on the new disk) so I am a bit confused.
Will the restore fail trying to mount a volume on an busy mount point or will dismount the existing volume?
Thanks
Mario

Re: Volume Restore, about Drive Letter
Hello,
yes, you can restore a volume from server A to server B. There is a section in the user guide that explains it.
Best regards,
Hannes
