For mobile workers a sceduled synthetic backup will not run very often. Resulting in a long chains and full disks.
An forced synthetic backup, e.g. after 7 or 14 days as soon as the computer is connected to the network, would do the job
Idea for product improvement?

Sounds like a good feature request. Consider it's being noted and discussed with the team. By the way, with new v10 you can trigger active full backup creation via Veeam B&R console any time you want via context menu. Cheers!
