is it possible to backup windows server 2003 & 2008 with veeam 12?

You can find a full list of supported environments on our website. If they are virtualized, this shouldn't be an issue however for the agents, only 2008 R2 SP1 is supported.

yes they are virtualized, but some of them are windows server 2003, so there is no workaround for indows server 2003?

Windows server 2003 virtualised should not cause any issues.
