1 Server with Veeam and BE with two Librarys

hello all,
We are planing to implement Veeam later this year and want to install it on your current Backup Exec Server. We want to use both Software, because we still have some physical servers.
With the implamentation of Veeam we will also get an new Quantum Scalar i40 with Fibrechannel. Will it be possible to use the Quatum Tape Library only with Veeam and let Backup Exec only use our old Tape Library wich is connected over SCSI directly to the Backup server.

I believe it wouldn't work this way, as one or the other backup application will lock the both of tape libraries connected to the physical server. Thanks.
