Access Denied. Tape read error

I have a TAPE job running for three months on the same tape with rotation 6 years, this weekend job failed with the error Access Denied. Tape read error.
in the same tape, I have another job and it is running normally, the tape has 600 GB Free.
Any sugestion

What Veeam B&R version are you running? Can you perform a drive cleaning and if possible test this tape with any native tools (to make sure that tape media is not retired)? Thanks!

I have a server tape with 4 devices
The other job that is baking up on the same tape is working fine

Anyway, the best way would be to reach our support team and let them investigate it directly.

I don't know why but the tape got damaged so I think I am all set here
