As noted, my apologies if this is not allowed but being a Veeam user I thought this forum would be a good place to ask the question
Next month Quantum will stop software/hardware support of my Quantum i40 LTO6 library.
It is currently performing flawlessly, but we all know that things break *just* when you need them, so maintenance availability is important.
Is anyone using, or has used 3rd party organizations for Quantum LTO library support ?
If I can't find a suitable solution I'll have to bite the bullet and purchase a new supported library with LTO7 drives ( as I have a lot of older LTO5 cartridges ).
I would appreciate any info the community could give me.
cheers,
Ray

Re: 3rd party maintenance partner for drives no longer supported by Quantum
Hello,
I re-phrased the title to make it easier for others to see what the topic is about. Agree, a bit off-topic, but let's see whether someone answers... probably the country / region you ask for is helpful
Best regards,
Hannes
