"Automatically create new media set dail at ..."

I have been experimenting with the Media Pool option to "Automatically create new media set daily at ...".

I was initially confused about what it actually does - I wondered how it could create a media set at a particular time when perhaps there was no tape in the drive then. But from experimentation, it would appear that what it does is force the creation of a new media set at the time of the first backup AFTER that date/time.

Am I correct? If so, I wonder if the program should be reworded to reflect that, or perhaps add a note below that to explain it. Even the text in the documentation isn't clear about it.
