backup Exec Tapes

After using Symantec Backup Exec for years, we now use Veeam backup and replication for our backups on tapes.
We would like to know if it's possible to read some old backups on tapes made with Symantec Backup Exec using Veeam backup and replication.
Anf if so, how ?

Reading Tapes written by another solution is not supported by Veeam.
