We have a dedicated NAS for backup purpose and it is added as primary repository in Veeam B&R, Veeam is taking backup of Virtual infrastructure into NAS and Tape jobs are also created. This scnerio is working fine.
The NAS is also using by other servers and they are storing their backup in it as well. How can i copy these backups to tape in Veeam?? I have checked "File to Tape" job is showing only local drives of Veeam Server and not showing backup repositories.

Re: backup files from repository to tape directly
Hello Shuaib
I assume, those „other servers“ are not Veeam backups? Maybe database exports with built-in tools or something similar?
Try to add the NAS Share as a SMB file share. Then you can select it as a source for your File To Tape job.
