Hi!
I am installing a file to tape solution, and in the result of the backups there are 5 folders with access error.
Checked that the folders and subfolders have the same permissions as the rest, which are copied correctly. The only difference is that folders with access errors contain paths or files with long names that even from Windows can not be copied, deleted, etc.
If I copy the 5 folders with the same permissions, except the files or long routes, Veeam correctly copies them.
Can Veeam Backup not be able to access folders by detecting those long name paths?
Thank you

Re: Backup Files to Tape and Long name files.
What exact error do you get? And what is the approximate length of the given path? Thanks.

Re: Backup Files to Tape and Long name files.
I'm Sorry Eremin
After review one more time the permissions, I discover than this folders haven't SYSTEM user. After add to folders and propagate the permission the backup works fine.
Thanks

Yep, that's exactly what I suspected, good to hear that you've solved the issue, though.
Should other questions arise, don't hesitate asking.
Thanks.
