Can I backup system using "File to tape job"?

Hello again, as the title said, will "File to tape job" backup the NTFS file permission? (Assuming ignore the boot partition, just the single drive with windows)

Yes, when you restore the files, you can decide if you want to restore the files and folders with the original owner and permission or not:
