cannot add tapes to new pool

Hi,
created new pool.
The tapes (there are plenty) are not showing up (see screen shot).
There is one library. Second screen shot shows the same library with an existing pool.

What could be the reason that tapes are not showing up.

Your screenshot doesn't work.
After creating a new media pool you need to either add tapes from the free media pool or move tapes from existing media pools to it.

first, the screen shots are perfectly accessible. I tried the link before posting and now, they are on ONEDrive.
Tried from both browsers on my laptop and one that I never touched before.
I know how to add tapes... the story that they are not appear for a new pool.
What do you mean by screenshot doesn't work?
Could my problem be related to permissions?
I think in this case I should get a message that this action not allowed.

Please help to troubleshoot.

Based on the screenshot, yes it looks strange. Please open the support case to let our team check the debug logs.
Could my problem be related to permissions?
Can you please clarify what was the use role of the account used to add tapes (when tapes do not appear) and your Veeam B&R version? Thanks!

Hi. Only tapes which are located in Free media pool are displayed in the mentioned window. It is not possible to move tapes from different media pools this way. To do so, you need first to create a media pool and then move media there.
