VBR 9.5 U4.
Library: HP MSL G3 Series 6.90 with LTO7 drive/tapes
I'm trying to restore files from tape.
The tapes are loaded, and have been inventoried/catalogued. I can browse the tape's contents and see the desired files listed.
When I go through the 'Restore from Tape' procedure, I specify the object to restore, select the appropriate backup set corresponding to the loaded tapes, click 'Next', and get presented with an error, "Failed to look up tapes."
Thank you for all help.

Re: Case 03464722: 'Failed to look up tapes' when trying file restore
Hello acatic,
Most likely this is a UI glitch, but please keep working with our engineering team to find the root cause and do not forget to share the investigation results. Thank you in advance!

Re: Case 03464722: 'Failed to look up tapes' when trying file restore
Dima: Thank you for the note.
I have tried this using the GUI directly on the backup server, as well as through the GUI on my computer, same issue.
I am yet to receive a reply in my formal case. I told the customer I'd get the files restored yesterday; embarrassing to face this for a 'simple' file restore.
