Cleaning Tape not added

I added a cleaning tape to my tape library but I am not able to added to my media pool. It shows as unidentified tape. I am not able to do anything with it. Is there a way to assign it to my pool in order to use it?

Hello Edsel,

Such behavior is expected. Cleaning tape should remain in the system media pool as it cannot be used as backup media. Backup jobs will automatically use this tape whenever it's required (and if automated tape cleaning is enabled). Cheers!
