Easy question, but I cannot seem to find an answer online:

It's possible do a 'backup to tape' job and a 'file to tape' job on same media?

Yes, you can just pick same media pool for both Backup to tape and File to tape jobs. Just make sure you have "Create new media set for every backup session" disabled.

And retention? Can I set 7 day for each job?

Yes, click "Edit Media Pool" and on the "Retention" step choose Protect data for 1 week (or 7 days).

There is a Tape Device Support part in the Veeam B&R User Guide. Another helpful part of the guide describing administration tasks for tape is Working with Tape Media section.
The document in .pdf and ebook formats can be found at Veeam Help center website.
