Hi!
I have a tape library IBM 3573 with two LTO5 drives installed. It is connected directly to my physical VEEAM bR server . There are two empty slots for drives in the library. I want to purchase another two drives LTO7 with a set of LTO7 tapes. My question is: will I be able to perform several jobs to LTO5, but another jobs perform to LTO7 drives and tapes correspondingly? As far as I am concern I cannot "tie" a specific drive to specific media pool.
Your help will be very appreciated

Re: Different LTO drives
The 3573 does support partitioning, so you should be able to accomplish this.
