error in tape backup activity

from some days an error appaers when start a job tape backup:

"Failed to continue tape backup session on the next tape medium Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
"Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Veeam Backup & Replication 8.0.0.2084
