Error when erase, inventorying, and catalogue tape.

Hi,

My name is Ryan,

Currently I'm facing several issues regarding tape in Veeam, as the picture I've attached.

There are 6 items in media list from IBM 3573-TL.

Failed when erasing the tape.

Failed when cataloging the tape.

Maybe someone has experienced something similar to the picture? Until now I am still looking for a solution regarding this problem, and I have opened a ticket too, with case number #06324417.

I noticed that the case was opened just yesterday. My recommendation is to continue with our customer support team to resolve this issue. Additionally, please remember to upload the log files to the support case, screenshots alone may not provide all the essential information needed for efficient troubleshooting.

Thanks for your answer.
I've uploaded the log files for this support case. After we restarting the tape server, there's no error when inventorying and cataloging that tapes, but still failed when erasing the tapes.
