Failed to initialize full backup map creation process

Hello,
After upgrading the VBR version from 12 to 13, errors occur when copying to tape. "Full backup: Failed to initialize full backup map creation process Unable to advance virtual storage EOF. The new value is less than the one previously set." We have submitted a task to support #08043730 but I received the answer "
At this stage, I am reaching out to our RnD teams on this issue with Backup to Tape job.
Unfortunately, there is no ETA on further feedback but the team will do their best to update it on priority. I'll be keeping you posted on this. We can agree on the best notification time manner at your convenience (for instance, daily/weekly/once any update from RND appears)."

Has anyone encountered similar errors?

Please continue with Veeam Support on your case; the case is already escalated and the issue has been referred to our RND team for review, so next steps will come from the case.

From the case notes, appears that Support and RND are aware of the issue, so let's wait to understand the next steps from the case.
