Feature Request: Tape Backup after VM Backup
I want to Backup all our VM & Agent Backups to tape. In 9.5, i have to plan the Tape Backup for a specific time, which is not an ideal solution. VM Backups might last longer and interfere with the starting tape backup, so the backups on tape will be in no consistent state i fear. Can you please implement functionality to chain tape backups to VM / Agent backups?

Re: Feature Request: Tape Backup after VM Backup
Hello Marco,
Can you please elaborate your request? You can set up the job chaining for backup to tape jobs in current version via 'After this job' option in backup to tape schedule. Thanks!

Re: Feature Request: Tape Backup after VM Backup
Sorry, i meant Backup-Mode Files to Tape. There are other Files which have to be backed up to tape, additional to the Veeam Backups.

Re: Feature Request: Tape Backup after VM Backup
Honestly, how many times has this been noted as a feature request now? I wait for this feature since 2014, others maybe even longer
Thank you for adding this as a feature request again
