File to tape error

Hello

I have a file tape job that is configured to backup a few folders from a Guest VM that is configured as a Microsoft windows Server.
The following error happens:

Code: Select all
Failed to construct ClientAgentProtocol. Failed to connect to agent 'srvxxxfs.domain.com', EP 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2500' Timeout to start agent.


Note: The "rescan repository" on this server ran with warnings "failed to syncronize server name Details: Timeout to start agent"

Can you connect to the said server outside of backup console, using the VB&R service account? Thanks.

Just let you know guys. The problem was solved by Veeam Support.
