File to tape - Network drives
Hello,
In our current setup we have the possibility to do file to tape job from a network mapped drive which is in reality a CIFS share of a HP appliance.
We built a test/lab environnement on a different server and for some reason on this server when doing File to Tape job we can't see any of the mapped network drives?
Both servers are running Win2012r2.
Thoughts?

What happens if you manually enter the UNC path to the share on the Files and Folder screen? Thanks.

Re: File to tape - Network drives
The drive is mapped on the computer and I don't see it when I do File to tape job. I Only see the local drives.
Entering unc path does not work.

Alex,
That does not sound like expected for me. It might be a network issue, but if you are confident it’s not – please open a support case for detailed logs investigation. Cheers.

Also, what do you mean by "doesn't work"? Do you get any specific error while placing UNC path here? Thanks.
