Dear all,
please i need your help concerning tapes;
on April 1st i ran a job called February end of month and i need to check what are the files on the tape to make sure all the files are correct.
where i can check all the files on the tape?

Hello Jad,
You can view files written to tape via:
1. File catalog note in Veeam B&R
2. By going to tape media properties and clicking the Files tab (it will represent files stored on this particular tape)

Hello shakhdan i chose restore-->tape--> files and it game me empty table no tapes to choose no files do you think because my user is read-only??

hmm, we don't have a "read-only" user.
We have:
- restore operator
- backup operator
- backup administrator
- tape operator
- backup viewer
Before testing with limited permissions: can the administrator see everything?

Try to click Add on the Objects to Restore step. Will you see the files listed? Thanks!empty table no tapes to choose no files
