GFS backup to tape is not working getting an error no backup files found

Hi ,

We have the requirement daily incremental backup jobs retention period is 14 days backup disk to tape every day
weekly synthetic full backup full backups at every Sunday to tape
monthly full backups at every end of the month on sunday retention 3 months
we have VMWARE, windows physical server & linux physical servers

Example :We have set backup job to disk at 20.30 PM daily and for tape same time 20.30 and GFS scan at 12.00 AM for physical windows machine
Backup jobs are failing with no backup jobs found
In statistics for that particular job it identifies the GFS set and the shows one VIB file found picks up the incremental tape and fails with the error NO backup jobs found if we rerun the backup job it works fine its happening for all the backup job intermediately i.e 3days it works fine 4th day it fails for the tape backup .disk backup jobs is working fine without any issues.

for weekend jobs if its starts the backup job at 20.30 PM it successfully backups up but for tape backup jobs it fails with no GFS set found and fails .

For tape server we have configured as GFS tape media pool .
tape is connected over the SAN network and repository server is connected over the SAN , in the Veeam server we have configured the proxy server as repository server.

kindly suggest how to rectify the issue we have created the support tickets but no proper answers.
