We have a single backup server with both Veeam and Networker on it.
A fibre channel tape library with 2 tape drives is connected to this server and currently being used by EMC networker only.
Veeam is only doing backups to hard disk.
But I want to use 1 tape drive with Veeam and 1 tape drive with EMC Networker.
I have a concern that if I configure multiple jobs in Veeam then it might end up using both the tape drives thus stopping the Networker from using the tape drive or vice versa.
Is there a way if I can make only drive in the library usable by each technology?

Re: How can I get Veeam and EMC networker on same backup ser
To make this work, the library should support hardware partitioning.

Just out of curiosity - what's EMC networker used for? Thanks.
