Hi,
I want to buy Veeam B&R 8.
Now I have ARCserve and Streamer LTO4 (HP Ultrium 1760 SCSI).
Do any of you use this streamer? I don't know if it will work with Veeam?
I would be grateful for information.
regards
David

Re: HP Ultrium LTO 4 1760 SCSI
Hi, David,
So long as, the correct drivers (OEM drivers from device manufacturer) are used, and the drive is shown properly in Windows Device Manager under correct name (as opposed to generic device), it would be automatically supported by Veeam Backup and Replication.
Thanks.

It stands to reason to request trial version of software, play with it a bit, proving the concepts and only then buy a necessary license. Thanks.
