Hello,

Couldn't find your Support case, may I ask you to open it? Contract ID is not enough when you pot a technical issue, the case id is usually required.

Thank you!

Hello Ramiralez,

Please make sure you have installed IBM drivers for the tape drives and tape changer. Thanks!

Yep! Reinstalled IBM drivers, rebooted server, now library displays ok.
i can see pools, tapes, but any tape job ends with error:

"The request is not supported. The tape driver does not support a requested function"

The IBM tape device driver has two installers: exclusive and nonexclusive. Can you please doublecheck that you've used nonexclusive drivers version? Thanks!

Thanks! Any chance you still have an open support case? I'd like to ask our team to check your debug logs to make sure everything is set correctly from the library perspective.

when i go to "Open a case" form, i cant select product, because there only free products in list. I can select only B&R Community Edition.
But, i see my licenses and support contracts in "Production licenses" page.

Ramiralez,

You need to use the email address assigned to your license contract. Then correct license will be displayed in the portal and you will be able to submit cases on behalf of your account. Thanks!

Same solution - install the drivers for the changer not only for the drives
