Immutable Storage & Tape Library
Any recommendations of adding a tape library to an Ubuntu Immutable Server? The VBR server is running on a VMware VM, and the Ubuntu Immutable Repo (physical) is connected to an FC network and FC IBM tape Library. Which device drivers should be used, and will there be any security concerns with Immutability if the tape is connected to the same server?

Re: Immutable Storage & Tape Library
Hi Marius
A Linux hardened Repo cannot have any other role installed.
Besides of that, Veeam Tape Server needs to be a windows machine. So the tape library needs to be connected to a windows machine and not to the ubuntu machine.
With V12, the tape server can be a Linux Server too. But never a linux hardened Repo.
