LTO-6 Ultr 6250 and virtual Veeam beckup server 8

Hi,
can I install Veeam beckup server 8 on virtual machine Windows server 2012r2 on VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi) 5.5 host and create backup on tape C0L99A HP LTO-6 Ultr 6250 Tape DR 1U Rackmount and controler 729552-B21 HP H221 PCIe 3.0 SAS HBA.

If yes please share installation guide.

Yes, you can do that. You would need to connect your tape library to physical windows with the installed remote tape library service from VBR. Here is the User Guide. Tape service is described in details on p 659. Additionally, here is an online help center Working with Tape Media part. Thank you.
